Counselling Fees

  • Individual Counselling is $120 for a 50-minute session (GST included). I work with Youth (13+) and Adult Individuals.

Payments

  • Payment is due before each online (Zoom) or telephone session.
  • Payments are made by e-transfer.
  • Clients are emailed a receipt which can be submitted for reimbursement to their company or insurer.

As an RPC (Registered Professional Counsellor), my fees may be reimbursed by Sun Life, Aspiria, some branches of Blue Cross, ComPsych, Great West Life, Green Shield, Homewood Health, Lifeworks (formerly known as Ceridian), Manulife, Morneau Shepell, Optima Global Health, Pacific Blue Cross, Pacific Life, Victim Services, and other providers.

I am approved to bill directly to Health Canada Non-Insured-Health-Benefits.

If your insurance policy covers sessions with a Counsellor, Therapist, Clinical Counsellor or Registered Professional Counsellor (RPC), you will likely be covered for my services. Please check your coverage with your health insurance provider before booking an appointment.

Cancellation Policy

As each appointment is saved especially for you. I require that if you are unable to attend the scheduled appointment, or need to change an appointment, you contact me with 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in an invoice for 50% of the session rate. Failure to provide any notice prior to the scheduled start of the session will result in an invoice for the full session fee.
